Fairness and Unfairness in Australia and Elsewhere

How do you distinguish between fairness and unfairness?

How do you think about pleasantness and unpleasantness?

How do you think about values?

How do you think about budgets?

Are you a careful thinker?

It is not possible to think properly about fairness without thinking carefully.

My name is Felicity and I am a guide for enlightened leaders.  Unenlightened leaders do not consider me to be a suitable guide.

Enlightened leaders are willing to question their own assumptions.  Unenlightened leaders are not.

If you are an enlightened leader, what sort of further support do you require at present?

Enlightened leaders regularly assess their own needs and acknowledge deficits of various sorts.

What are the gentle reminders will you require over the weeks and months ahead?

Enlightened leaders like to ensure they are properly reminded of important matters, as and when required.

How will you be seeking to improve your understanding of time, timing and timeliness over the next few days?

Enlightened leaders know that time involves many local factors while timing and timeliness involves many global factors.

I am a part-time, local member of the Adelaide Adagia News Ensemble.  Are you suitably acquainted with us?

Enlightened leaders do their best to be suitably acquainted with themselves, other people and influential groups.

How do you ensure you are suitably acquainted with fair people and unfair people?

Enlightened leaders seek to make fair assessments of everyone and everything.  I am here to assist.

What do you believe to be a fair assessment of the latest local news?

Enlightened leaders have an informed and serious approach to newsworthiness.

What do you believe to be a fair assessment of likely future news?

Enlightened leaders seek evidence of consistent patterns in behaviour.

To whom do you usually supply a commentary about current events, and why?

Enlightened leaders carefully distinguish between knowledge and opinion.

What is your knowledge of fairness, and how can you supply proof of that knowledge?

Enlightened leaders always measure unfairness in relation to fairness, and not the other way around.

How do you fund your contributions to fairness?

Enlightened leaders know how to distinguish between very important stuff and triviality.

They know that such distinctions form the basis of quality, timely decisions.

Enlightened leaders acknowledge history when making distinctions and decisions.  Yet they are still in tune with the times, and they are always thinking of peace.

Do you express fairness through philanthropy?

Enlightened leaders take a philanthropic approach to all their activities.

Unfairness in Australia and elsewhere is the basis of crime.  There is nothing ordinary about unfairness.  Only fairness is ordinary.

Enlightened leaders would never consider unfairness to be ordinary, or even normal.  But how would you describe a very ordinary crime drama?

People with poor impulse control have a tendency to mismanage their own budgets, and other people's budgets.

Enlightened leaders know how to control their own urges, impulses and desires.  They are never greedy or otherwise abusive.

How have your cultivated fairness in your own life, and especially through your leadership?

Enlightened leaders spend much of their time addressing the prevalence of malice.

How have you been seeking out patterns?  How have you been gaining insights into patterns of unfairness, and the problems arising from those patterns?

Enlightened leaders treat everyone fairly.

How do you identify the good in relation to fairness?  Who are good people and who are not, and why?

Enlightened leaders acknowledge that people sometimes act out of character.

If you are quite fond of good music, what is good music?

If you are quite fond of good literature, what is good literature?

If you are quite fond of good people, who are the good people and what distinguishes them from those who are not?

Enlightened leaders are good people.

Have you recently attended a convocation of enlightened beings?

To address problems, enlightened leaders use appropriate examples from fiction when there are inadequate examples from fact.

Enlightened leaders also clearly distinguish between fact and fiction when making decisions.

What does the name Amadeus mean to you?

Enlightened leaders know that entertainment often distorts truth.

Have you been involved in launching the Moderate Australia Party?

Enlightened leaders always have moderate views.  Such persons are never excessive.  Nor are they lazy or hedonistic.

If you are a fair person, you will probably already know that enlightened leadership is your true vocation.  That is why I am here today to assist you.

How could your leadership be immensely improved?

Are you sure you have been treating your leadership as a philanthropic pursuit?

How can you prove you have been learning from unpleasantness for good to triumph?

How much of your understanding of fairness and enlightened leadership arises from fiction rather than fact?

What do you understand about the philosophy of fairness?

What do you understand about the science of fairness?

What do you not understand in relation to fairness and unfairness, and why?

What do you believe to be the relationship, if any, between fairness and trustworthiness?

Where have the resources derived through which you have expressed your enlightened leadership?

How have you been involved in curing societal epidemics?

How have you been contributing to transparency in local communications?

How have you become aware of trustworthy performers?

If you do not consider me to be a trustworthy performer, why is that?

Only enlightened leaders are trustworthy.

How trustworthy are you, and who can vouch for that?

How do you know you follow only trustworthy, enlightened leaders?

Enlightened leaders are frequently involved in composing good policies.

A good policy will encourage fairness and discourage unfairness.

But what do you usually do when you come across a very peculiar agenda?

How do you know when an agenda is unusual and/or unfair?

How do you tell the difference between the unusual and the unfair?

If you are a supporter of fairness and (only) an Australian citizen, and you have never yet been a federal politician, have you considered entering federal politics on behalf of enlightened South Australian voters?

How do you usually represent enlightened leaders?

Entering politics is not necessarily the same thing as being a parliamentarian.  Everyone has the right to be involved in policy debates, within reason.

Only enlightened leaders are reasonable voters and only reasonable voters are enlightened leaders.

Only enlightened leaders understand the importance of identifying and protecting assets.

Enlightened leaders are certainly assets themselves.

If you are seeking to join the Adelaidezone Inquisitive Reading Network, please be aware that only enlightened leaders need apply.

Applications for membership of the network must be sent in writing to the Enlightenment Assessors before 12 June 2018.

The assessors are adept at uncovering a colourful history of people, places and events.  They are also highly skilled at assessing financial risks and potential benefits.

All truly enlightened leaders have similar skills when assessing situations.

You may think it unfair that some people will never have the ability or intention to become enlightened leaders, yet anyone with the potential to be an enlightened leader should, in fairness, have the opportunity to become one.

That is why I am here today.  With so many people in the world now able to access the Internet, there is no reason why any individual should be unfairly excluded from receiving essential, online training.

My time recently has been devoted towards seeking to understand local political changes and challenges.  All enlightened leaders spend significant time reflecting on political realities.  How do you define and describe the political realities facing you?

Who treats you with dignity and respect, and who does not, and why?

Do you treat everyone fairly or only some people?

Do you know the difference between applause and accountability?

Are you aware of the relationship between accountability and sovereignty?

How have you been selecting experiences to investigate further?

How have you been ensuring you are assessing situations accurately?

The enlightened, local leaders in the Adelaide Adagia News Ensemble know the importance of accurately defining sovereignty in relation to South Australians.  They have also been assisting the Custodians of the Adelaidezone Gateway in assessing the worthiness of potential visitors to this location.

Worthiness obviously relates to enlightenment and trustworthiness.

If you have ever felt excluded from this ethereal theatre, why was that?

Did someone here not treat you with sufficient respect for any reason?

Do you not understand the concept of mutual respect?

Do you not understand the concept of courtesy?

Enlightened leaders are unfailingly courteous, except when the health of themselves and/or other people is endangered by impolite persons with no regard for safety, hygiene and/or respectful social boundaries.

How well acquainted are you with privacy?

Enlightened leaders know the reasonable boundaries of inclusive access to opportunities.   They also know when exclusive access is more appropriate.

If you are assessed as being eligible to join the Adelaidezone Inquisitive Reading Network, you will be invited to contact the relevant Registrar.  Many more opportunities may then open to you.

Will that be fair, or even excessively generous?
